A full day retreat yoga, nutrition and meditation retreat set in the peaceful and stunning Brinscall Hall. If you want to learn how to embrace easy self care for your mind and body to thrive and feel fantastic then this full day retreat is for you. Using yoga, breathwork & mindfulness techniques and incorporating easy to implement nutrition tools that you can easily incorporate into your daily life. If you suffer from digestive upset, IBS, skin issues, fatigue, sugar cravings, sleep disturbance, weight management control or you are stressed and anxious Or feel you need additional support to help you achieve optimal wellness in both mind and body. Then this day will really help you. Or you may just feel you just want to take time out for yourself. Join award winning nutritionist, yoga teacher and fitness expert Helen. Learn how your amazing machine called the human body can be supported for optimal health both physically and psychologically. Find out not just what you can to do to achieve optimal health but how and why. Enjoy yoga practise to help you nurture and nourish your body. Learn functional movement you can incorporate into your daily life. Focus on how you can be supported by optimal nutrition. deep dive into Nutrition for both and physical and psychological wellbeing. Helen will share knowledge and give you tools to support you using the principles of Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) and functional nutrition. Finishing off with a totally relaxing meditation and yoga nidra. Taking place in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Brinscall Hall on Sunday 19th October. All you need to do is book your place, bring yourself, a mat, comfortable clothing and an open mind. Numbers are limited to 12 in order to enable Helen to give everyone individual attention. and to enable people to feel listened to and cared for as well as having the opportunity for personal discussion. Herbal teas will be provided as well as vegetarian lunch.
